Summerbird

Summerbird is a fast-casual restaurant featuring delicious chicken sandwiches and salads, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The goal was to capture the essence of summer for a light-hearted yet eye-catching logo. With that in mind, we created a simple but not too abstract chicken icon that would stand out against the current chicken restaurant landscape. The friendly orange and blue colors are reminiscent of summer days at the pool. The interior design and architecture is by CORE and further took the care-free brand into the physical space with a playful pool-tile typography and diving board inspired shelving.
